Michael Ryan Kendrick, 48, of Pensacola, FL passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024, following a tragic motorcycle accident.

He was born on September 28, 1976, to Larry and Debbie Kendrick. Michael was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to anyone who knew him. His smile was infectious, and he lived his life to the fullest. He graduated from the University of West Florida with a bachelor’s in public relations with a minor in marketing. Michael worked several careers, later working with The Vestas Upwind Solutions, Inc. A job he dearly loved, traveling throughout the United States getting to see this beautiful country. Along his journey he met and became friends with so many. He enjoyed playing disc golf, sky diving, and relaxing at Pensacola Beach. He was an avid fan of Alabama football “Roll Tide”, New York Mets, and his Miami Dolphin’s “Fins Up”. Michael was a loyal member of the Masons (Escambia Lodge #15) and Hadji Shrine International. There is nothing he loved more than spoiling his niece and nephew.

Michael is preceded in death by his mother, Debra Ann Taylor Kendrick; grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Earl Kendrick and Mr. & Mrs. J.L. Taylor; as well as his uncle, Mike E. Taylor.

Survivors include his father, Larry Kendrick (Veda Ann Durden); sister, Deanna Ashley Quinn (Greg); a niece, Daegan Ashley Quinn; nephew, Gavin Lee Quinn; as well as many special aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

A visitation will be held 2:00pm until a Memorial Service begins at 3:00pm Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Bill Flannigan officiating. A Celebration of Life will follow at a later date.

Active Pallbearers will be Gavin Quinn, Greg Quinn, Rich Allen, Brandon Boyette, Adam Cagle, Frank Diaz, Jeff Heitland, J.P. King, Jason Morgan, and Stevie Manz.

Honorary Pallbearers will be the Hadji Temple Directors Staff.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hadji Shrine Transportation Fund.
